One pound of Rainier Cherries will be 2.5 to 3 cups of cherries, approximately 80 cherries depending on size. Not pitted. Contains pits.


Flavor Profile

Rainier cherries have a glycemic index of 22 which makes it a fruit that people with diabetes are able to eat. Rainier cherries are both sweet and tart. They are perfect for eating, baking, pies, cakes, tarts, preserves, and jams.


Low in calories and fat, good source of fiber and a variety of vitamins and minerals including; vitamin C, potassium, melatonin, anthocyanin, and boron. Also been noted for their reduction of uric acid and blood sugar benefits.
